Exclusively Yours
RECOMMENDED: Exclusively Yours by Shannon Stacey is $1.99! This is book 1 in the Kowalskis series, and it’s just terrific. Sarah reviewed this book when it came out in 2010 and wrote, “I had such a good old time reading this book. There were some flaws to the plot but while reading it, I was charmed and giggly and totally absorbed. This book made me happy. That’s probably the best way to put it: it made me smile. A lot. Books like this are why I read romance.” It was a Sizzling Book Club selection as well. If you like contemporary comedy, this is a great deal.

Getting It Right by A.M. Arthur is $1.99! This is a m/m romance between a detective and a psychiatrist who are friends. Readers say there’s a lot of melodrama in this one, if that is or isn’t your thing. It has a 3.8-star rating on Goodreads and is the first book in the Restoration series.
Detective Nathan Wolf might just be a junior detective, but he tackles every case with the passion that he lacks in his personal life. A series of failed relationships with women has left him still single at thirty-four—because he’s too scared to admit to his longtime crush on his best friend James.

loved Until You–I was fortunate to be a beta reader for it
I’m intrigued by “Getting it Right.” I’ve only recently delved into the world of m/m romance so I like ones that have good backstory, preferably a mystery or something else to keep the pacing up.
The first few pages have some funny lines, but one reviewer did comment that this is TW city – prison psychiatry bonanza, so some may want to skip this one. I’m curious though so will probably check it out.
I read “Best Kind of Trouble”, and I thought it was just okay. It was a quick read and fun enough, but I didn’t like it enough to feel compelled to buy the next book in the series.
I loved Until You…stumbled on it by accident and have reread it a few times. And then glommed all Jeannie Moon’s backlist and she’s now an autobuy.

The Best Kind of Trouble was okay. I felt there was some pretty immature behavior towards the end of the book which kind of dulled my usual Lauren Dane love fest. The second book of the trilogy, Broken Open, however, was pretty great.
