Welcome back, everyone! We’re talking about books, duh! This time, we have baking projects for cat lovers, an anthology all about romances, a book from one of my favorite literary fiction authors, and a comic about love. Quite the assortment! Have you received any great book recs lately? Feel free to share in the comments!
August is here and it begins on a Tuesday! It’s a pretty sparse week for us in terms of books we’re looking forward to. When peeping at our New Release spreadsheet, it feels like our weeks alternate between slow and heavy for new books. What’s your own new release list looking like? The same? Or is it slow/busy all month?
Welcome to Book Beat! Book Beat aims to highlight other books that we may hear about through friends, social media, or other sources. We could see a gorgeous ad! Or find a new-to-us author on a list of underrated romances! Think of Book Beat as Teen Beat or Tiger Beat, but for books. And no staples to open to get the fold-out poster.
