RECOMMENDED: Well Played by Jen DeLuca is $2.99! Carrie gave this a B+ in a Lightning Review:
This is a gentle and obvious Cyrano de Bergerac story with very little conflict.

The Jasmine Throne by Tasha Suri is $2.99! This is Suri’s latest series and many of us were big fans of her debut fantasy romance Empire of Sand. I’m hoping this has the same balance of fantasy and romance.
Rare Danger by Beverly Jenkins is 99c! This one was featured on a recent-ish Hide Your Wallet and is a romantic suspense story with a librarian main character. Keep in mind that this one is a novella. I’m not sure about the page count, but the audiobook is around 3 and a half hours.
Last Night at the Telegraph Club by Malinda Lo is $2.99! This was mentioned in a previous Hide Your Wallet and is a lovely YA historical fiction with a F/F romance. It was also a staff pick at the bookstore where I work! I’ve heard nothing but really good things about this one.
John Eyre by Mimi Matthews is $1.99! Thanks to everyone who commented and let us know about this sale! This is a retelling of the Bronte classic and has similar elements of a Gothic historical romance. Have you read this one?
RECOMMENDED: Huntress by Malinda Lo is $1.99! Carrie reviewed this one and gave it a B+, but wouldn’t recommend it for romance readers necessarily:
I recommend this for people looking for inclusive fantasy that feels at once fresh and traditional within multiple traditions.

This Earl of Mine by Kate Bateman is $1.99 and a Kindle Daily Deal! This is the first book in a rather new historical romance series. I gave this one a B-, because while the leads were great together, there were a lot of other distracting plot threads. Elyse loved the second one and I would definitely recommend the series, despite my quibbles.
