RECOMMENDED: How Long ’til Black Future Month by N.K. Jemisin is $3.99! For some reason, the ebook isn’t on Barnes & Noble, or at least I couldn’t find it. Carrie gave this an A grade in a Lightning Review. You really can’t go wrong with Jemisin.

Rule Master by Sienna Snow is $2.99! This is book two in the Rules of Engagement erotic romance series. You should be able to read this as a standalone, but the heroine here was a secondary character in the first book. Both the book description and Goodreads reviews hint at a traumatic backstory for the heroine, so do whatever research you need to keep safe.

My Lady, My Lord by Katharine Ashe is 99c! This is a historical romance with some paranormal elements, which is totally my jam. However, Goodreads is so confusing, as it says this is the first book in a series, but also notes that in terms of preferred reading order, it should be read third. Okay?

Katharine Ashe’s website says the Twist series, which includes My Lady, My Lord were written out of sequence but that the books in the series are stand alone. They can be read in any order.
A second book in the series, Again, My Lord, is also $0.99 at Amazon.
A third book is due out in June 2020.
My Lady, My Lord was a lot of fun. Very readable as a stand alone.
Deborah Wilde’s The Unlikeable Demon Hunter is free right now at Amazon. It wasn’t quite my thing, but for free I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend that you give it a try, if you like paranormal or urban fantasy.
