I have to tell you, I liked this bag so much I bought one for myself, and I really, really love it. It’s shiny and silver, it’s very lightweight, it stands up on its own, and it has a nifty zipper pocket on the side of the larger zipper for my phone. I hope you like it just as much!

This year I discovered The Wallflower Wager by Tessa Dare on the site, and I’m SO happy I read it. I identify with the heroine so much.

I have found a whole lot of great reads through this site, the SBTB group on GR, and the SKTB group on Ravelry. Perhaps my favorite was The Flatshare by Beth O’Leary.
Devil’s Daughter, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to read it, but after the review here I took the plunge and didn’t regret it 🙂
Hands down Shelly Laurenston‘s Hot and Badgered. I love her books, and I hadn’t been keeping up with her new releases so it was a nice surprise.

The last book I read was the one I can’t get out of my mind. It was the antithesis of romance. IT HAD NO HERO. But I loved it. “The Third Daughter”by Talia Carner It was so heartbreaking what Batya goes through and one keeps turning the page hoping for a happy ending. I won’t give it away but all I can say is SHE RESCUES HERSELF!! which made me very happy indeed.

I finally read First Grave On The Right by Darynda Jones. I don’t know why I waited so long to start that series!!

I read the Duke and I and was no expecting to love it as much as I did.
Playing with Fire by R.J. Blain. The book (and series) can get kind of crazy, but still fun.

I normally read historicals, so I’ll say the contemporary that finally enticed me: Alyssa Cole’s “A Duke by Default.”
Pretty sure my 2019 reading list was about 85% SBTB recs! To name a few faves, Kate Clayborn’s Chance of a Lifetime series, Jennifer Holiday’s Bridesmaids Behaving Badly series, Alyssa Cole’s Reluctant Royals series, and Jennifer Mathieu’s Moxie.

Get A Life, Chloe Brown by Talia Hibbert. I don’t read very many contemporary romances and I was so glad to have read it after seeing the (much deserved) love for this book on the site.
Burnout, a great book that I read because of the podcast
I hope this counts as I love this bag. It isn’t one book, it’s an author. Those shapeshifters of Shelly Laurenston. Oh, they never fail to lift my mood when I am gloomy and I love how she seems to know so much about the qualities of the animals that her characters turn into. Although my single favorite scene has to be the male lion dancing the Macarena on the streets of Brooklyn or Queens.
