I found Electric Idol really disappointing because, as a Psyche and Eros retelling it misses several important facets of the myth.
@Lisa F – I’m interested in Psyche/Eros retellings and was wondering about that since the blurb makes it sound like a somewhat generic marriage of convenience/enemies to lovers mashup. Thanks for the insight.
