The Immortal Who Loved Me by Lynsay Sands is $1.99! This is book twenty-one (wow!) in the Argeneau series, which is filled to the brim with vampires. For the most part, books in the series can be read as standalone novels. Some readers mentioned that a lot happens in this book, maybe a little too much. Others said the book has a good blend of humor and adventure.

Cry Wolf, number 5 in Charlie Adhara’s wonderful Big Bad Wolf series, is $1.99. You DO have to read these books in order, but what an absolute treat.
Lucy Gilmore is so good, and honestly writes some of the best dog-based contemps out there. And the AH is amazing!

The entire series was good, but Puppy Love is my favorite. The story is as adorable as the cover. It features a diabetic firefighter (caretaker alpha to his core) who needs a service dog who will alert him when his blood sugar goes off the rails, but is rugged enough to keep up when he’s out in the field. Needless to say, Bubbles, the Pom puppy he’s matched with isn’t exactly what he expected or wanted.
I am with Carrie G. that the Charlie Adhara series is wonderful. If you have not read it than I envy you that first read of the series. These books have made my “best reads” list nearly every time.
