Hey all!
It’s time for a giveaway, don’t you think?
Right now, we have five (5) boxes of relatively new releases to give out!
The books included are new, finished copies, unread, and printed on paper. We can also promise there will be at least five books, possibly more, in each box.
Each box will have a mix of subgenres, including contemporary romance, historical fiction, paranormal romance, and historical romance. While we hope the box you receive contains a subgenre or author you enjoy, we also have our fingers crossed that you’ll love trying something new. And as always, our mission statement is to share the love and share the romance.
To enter, tell us which 2022 title you’re most anticipating (or have anticipated, if it’s already out!).
Standard disclaimers apply: We are not being compensated for this giveaway. Void where prohibited. Must be over 18 and ready to read read read. Open to international residents where permitted by applicable law. Boxes will contain books. Just the normal sort. No magical tomes here, sadly! Entries will end around noon on Thursday 7 April 2022, and winners will be announced and notified shortly afterward.
Good luck, everyone!

I would have to say Electric Idol by Katee Robert and the new Sarah MacLean out of my birthday this year.
It’s gotta be “Well, That Was Unexpected” by Jesse Sutanto, or “My Sister’s Big Fat Indian Wedding” by Sajni Patel.
No doubt about it: Rachel Reid’s THE LONG GAME (April 26), in which Shane & Ilya from HEATED RIVALRY get their HEA. I’ve heard from a few people who’ve read the ARC and all have said it’s really good. I’ve never taken a sick day just to stay home and read, but I’m tellin’ ya, that thought is mighty tempting as April 26 gets closer!
Hmm, probably BOOK LOVERS by Emily Henry. But that’s partially b/c Emma Barry, Kate Clayborn, and Tessa Dare don’t have anything officially listed as coming out this year. Yet!
I’m looking forward to Soul Taken by Patricia Briggs. While I am disappointed that it won’t be out until August, It will give me something good as we get back into the grind of the school year.
I’m excited for Cate C. Wells’ new book in the rejected mate series, “The Heir Apparent’s Rejected Mate.” And also for Patricia Briggs’ next Mercy Thompson book “Soul Taken”
Ruby fever by Ilona Andréws and soul taken by parricia Briggs. And the next Lady Darby on April 19th!
I’m most looking forward to Nalini Singh’s next Psy-Changeling book!
I’m looking forward to The Undertaking of Hart and Mercy by Megan Bannen. I’ve heard good thing about it so far, and I’m always excited for new fantasy romance.
Amongst Our Weapons by Ben Aaronovitch and Ruby Fever by Ilona Andrews. Amongst Our Weapons comes out in just over a week and I can’t wait!
Okay, I know it isn’t a romance, but my birthday is coming up and I’m 99.999% sure that either my hubby or my mom is gifting me “The Heirloom Gardener: Traditional Plants and Skills for the Modern World” by John Forti. Very, VERY excited for this!
New Alisha Rai in October, PARTNERS IN CRIME (just in time for my birthday)!
I can’t wait for Amongst Our Weapon, the new Peter Grant novel. Can’t help it, I love these books so much.
There are so many amazing books I’m looking forward to reading. However, if I had to chose, I’d pick the new Lady Sherlock, A Tempest at Sea by Sherry Thomas.
Already released: The Book of Cold Cases by Simone St. James
Can’t wait for Ruby Fever by Ilona Andrews!
Definitely The Long Game, but I went a bit mad with preorders the other day and now I’m looking forward to the conclusion of the Mercenary Librarians and Jackie Lau’s currently running series.
The World Record Book of Racist Stories by Amber Ruffin and Lacy Lamar. I’m going with this one b/c I have to keep checking at my library for it lest I be 50th in line!!!
I second both Soul Taken by Patricia Briggs and Ruby Fever by Ilona Andrews. Must have. Also Ben Aaronovitch is coming out with a new book did someone just say?!?!
@Nancy, yes! It comes out on April 12th. I might have to take a day of off work to wallow in it.
If the 4th book in Helen Lowe’s Wall of Night series comes out this year, I’m looking forward to that most. If not, probably Jim Hines’ Terminal Peace.
Our Last Days in Barcelona by Chanel Cleeton is being released in May. I’m practically giddy with happiness when she releases a book!
I’m eagerly awaiting Husband Material by Alexis Hall, The Pallbearers Club by Paul Tremblay, and The League of Gentlewomen Witches by India Holton.
Something Wilder by Christina Lauren.
I can’t wait for Heartbreaker!!!!!
It was The Long Game by Rachel Reid, until Nalini Singh included an excerpt from Storm Echo in her latest newsletter.
Ruby Fever by Ilona Andrews and Storm Echo by Nalini Singh (seems I’m not alone!).
Naomi Novik’s new book (the title is escaping me).
Book of Cold Cases by Simone St. James. I have moved up to #4 on the library hold list.
I’ll have to go with FEVERED STAR, the second book in Rebecca Roanhorse’s Between Earth and Sky trilogy. Luckily, I only have a couple more weeks to wait.
@Laurel, I’m #6!
Rachel Reid’s The Long Game and Nalini Singh’s Storm Echo!
Definitely Soul Taken by Patricia Briggs. And I’m also looking forward to The It Girl by Ruth Ware. One of my favorite things is summer reading in the hammock!
THE LONG GAME, like everyone else. 24 days and counting…
I’m eagerly awaiting Cat Sebastian’s The Perfect Crimes of Marian Hayes, and I’m re-reading her other books in the meantime. 🙂
Ship Wrecked by Olivia Dade comes out on my birthday!
I’m really hoping Olivia Dad’s SHIP WRECKED does indeed come out this year even though I can’t find a release date for it yet (and heaven knows I’ve tried). I loved SPOILER ALERT and ALL THE FEELS soooooo muuuuuuuch.
I’m waiting for The Homewreckers by Mary Kay Andrews. She’s on my autoread list for any new releases!
Well, not quite new, but somehow I missed that a new Alpha & Omega by Patricia Briggs came out last year (how?!) so I will be grabbing that as soon as possible!
So many people to choose from, but BOOK LOVERS, THE NO-SHOW, and McFarlaine’s MAD ABOUT YOU are at the top of my list!
Both of these are already out, just haven’t gotten around to reading them yet.
Loveboat, Reunion by Abigail Hing Wen
Finlay Donovan Knocks ‘Em Dead by Elle Cosimano
