It’s Wednesday and September!
I’ve had an eventful week so far. Had to get a COVID test to go camping in Maine this weekend. And, this morning, I had a medium session with Carol who was recently on the podcast.
It was incredibly cathartic and I would 100% recommend it to anyone. I’m recording a podcast with Sarah on Monday and I’ll probably talk about it a bit more. There’s a high chance I’ll start crying at some point.

Don’t forget to share what super cool things you’ve seen, read, or listened to this week! And if you have anything you think we’d like to post on a future Wednesday Links, send it my way!
The tampon video made my day. Thank you.
RE: Black owned bookstores, I have been to the Listening Tree in Decatur for author presentations and book signings in the past, and they really are a wonderful and highly organized shop run by some wonderful people.
I’m going to miss going to the Decatur Book Festival this year, but it has gone virtual if anyone wants to join in: https://decaturbookfestival.com/
Here’s an interesting piece from WaPo about book cover trends. We could certainly add more…

That deep and powerful space song made my afternoon. Thank you!
Salma Hayek in a swimsuit at 54. I’m so tired of twenty-something romance heroines.
