It’s Friday!

What are you up to this weekend? Have you noticed the way the light has changed since mid July? I really notice the seasons making a big fast change in August, and then in November.
Not looking forward to November. Let’s chill in August for awhile. Or chill as much as we are able because holy crapcakes it’s hot and humid. There have been days I’ve gone for a walk and had to change my entire clothing assemblage afterward. Dampness is one of the most underrated of the -nesses, right after clamminess and stickiness.
This week, I have a 15 year old video that makes me laugh and I’ve probably seen it forty or fifty times. It’s time for…“Patty Cake!”
Do your pets “talk?” We have full conversations and debates with ours, but they’re both seniors so I feel like I do know their personalities enough to accurately give them dialogue, but then again, I could be entirely wrong and both my cats sound like The Brain from “Pinky & the Brain.”
I mean, they are trying to take over the world. Starting with attempts at controlling food times. Loudly.
