Happy Wednesday! (Which doesn’t feel much like a Wednesday at all to me. It feels like a Thursday. Also, isn’t it weird that days of the week kind of have their own vibe?)
I had therapy yesterday and my therapist reminded me that our next session will be on Election Day. So that’s where I’m at mentally. Fun!

Did you know Olivia Waite wrote a paranormal historical romance duology? It sounds right up my alley!

If you need more podcast recommendations, I’ve recently been listening to Made In, which focuses on issues within East Asian communities. Their latest episode is about mental health and was all sorts of enlightening.

Speaking of podcasts, we have an extra special treat for you. Sarah is on the Heaving Bosoms podcast talking about Nicholas: Lords of Satyr. Whoooooo, boy! Reading this book as a late teen was a rite of passage

Need some rom-com recommendations? Here is a helpful Twitter thread on some of Amazon Prime Video’s underrated offerings:
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but Amazon actually has a pretty damn good selection of rom-coms you’ve never seen or heard of but should most definitely see and hear of. pic.twitter.com/dMRVpdpRpv

Shameless self-promo for a Women in Horror event I put together! It’s next week and sure to be a lot of fun.

Let’s cap things off with some animal photos! Last week, people submitted pictures on social media for #UnflatteringDogPhotoChallenge. Don’t worry, cat lovers! There’s a challenge for you too!

Don’t forget to share what super cool things you’ve seen, read, or listened to this week! And if you have anything you think we’d like to post on a future Wednesday Links, send it my way!
I love One Small Hitch. I find it definitely rewatchable and it had me so convinced it was a Hallmark movie, I was scandalized by the sex scene the first time I watched it. (It’s not anything super wild, just unexpected).
Oh man, I clicked on that Amazon romcom Twitter thread so fast…and am somewhat embarrassed to say that I have already seen MOST of them! 🙂 But I’m excited to add a few more to my watchlist! Agree with @Jill Q. that “One Small Hitch” is very cute, and I have definitely rewatched it!
Oh, that Twitter thread warms my rom-com lovin’ heart. 🙂
I woudld also add LETTERS TO JULIET, which is also free on Prime right now. Gorgeous cast and scenery in that one.
W00t! I adore Mallory O’Meara. That panel sounds fascinating.

I don’t know if you saw Lindsay Ellis’ video on the Omegaverse, but she just released part 2 which is even crazier. Highly recommend a watch.
