Want a box of books to get you through the holiday season? We have you covered!
Since we get a ton of books at SBTB HQ, we want to give back to the Bitchery and make some space in our respective homes. We’re all collectively worried about the foundation of our places at this point.
We have eight (8) boxes of brand new books to giveaway!
We can promise the books included are absolutely new, finished copies, unread, and printed on paper. We can also promise there will be at least five books, possibly more, in each box.
There may be a mix of formats and sub-genres, but most if not all will be romance or with Strong Romantic Elements!
Genres include contemporary, historical, romantic suspense, thrillers, and paranormal romance, too. While we hope the box you receive contains a subgenre or author you enjoy, we also have our fingers crossed that you’ll love trying something new. And as always, our mission statement is to share the love and share the romance.
To enter, comment below what new releases you’re excited to read in December or 2019! Excited for the new Elizabeth Hoyt? Is there a debut you’re pumped for in the new year? Tell us!
Standard disclaimers apply: We are not being compensated for this giveaway. Void where prohibited. Must be over 18 and ready to read read read. Open to international residents where permitted by applicable law. Boxes will contain books. Lots of books. Hope you’re ready! Though don’t be surprised to find a stray cat or dog hair. That’s our pets’ way of saying hello! Entries will end around noon on Friday 30 November 2018, and winners will be announced and notified shortly afterward.
Good luck to everyone!

Looking foward to bew releases from Beverly Jenkins and Alyssa Cole’s reluctant royals series. Interested to see where authors land with Harlequin shutting down some if their lines.
I can’t wait to buy a print copy of Alyssa Cole’s new novella (That Cover!!) and the continuation of Sarah MacLean’s Bareknuckle Bastards series
I’m looking forward to the Wicked King by Holly Black in January, and the new Hidden Legacy book coming in August.
I am really looking forward to Evvie Drake Starts Over by Linda Holmes next year!
New Nalini singh releases
Seanan McGuire’s next “Wayward Children” book is coming out in January, and I am SO. EXCITED.
My mom just bought a copy of The Proposal by Jasmine Guillory and I can’t wait to borrow it from her! I also need to get my hands on the Hidden Legacy novella!
I’m looking forward to the next book in Mary Balogh’s Westcott series, though that won’t be released until November of next year.
The new Tessa Dare and Sarah Macclean always. I also really want not just Courtney Milan’s newest historical but another in her contemporary Cyclone series. Pretty pretty please
So excited for Alyssa Cole’s new books in Reluctant Royals series and the last in the Loyal League series. Also looking forward to 99 percent mine by Sally Thorne.
I feel like it’s way too soon to be pumped for the hidden legacy book out in August but I am.
Right now, I’m counting down to REINDEER GAMES, an anthology of snowed-in, enforced-proximity Christmas romances (hello, catnip!) featuring stories by some of my favorite writers: Ainsley Booth, Eve Dangerfield, Charlotte Stein, etc. All that for 99-cents! Can’t wait!
Am also looking forward to December 4 and the release of Julie Kriss’s MAKE ME BEG, the fourth and final book in her Riggs Brothers series, which I have really enjoyed. There are also new Melanie Harlow and Caitlin Crews’s books scheduled for publication this week—they’re two of my favorite writers.
Looking forward to the Jenny Holiday and Alexis Daria Christmas novellas. (Non-romance, I can’t wait for the new Genevieve Cogman Invisible Library book)
I’m counting down the days until 99% Mine by Sally Thorne comes into my life… The Hating Game is in my top five books ever and I’m excited to read her second book. I’m also really looking forward to Don’t You Forget About Me by Mhairi McFarlane which is coming out in March – she has yet to write a book which has disappointed me.
The new Elizabeth Hoyt and the new Julie Anne Long
Now that I’m on the Alyssa Cole bandwagon, I can’t wait to read the next installments of the Reluctant Royals series (Likotsi’s story in “Once Ghosted, Twice Shy” due to be released in January; and Nya’s story in “A Prince on Paper” due to be released in April).
Sally Thorne’s 99 Percent Mine is at the top of my can’t wait to read list, but I’m thrilled that Mariana Zapata has surprised us with a new novel!!
I’m restlessly anticipating the next entry in Courtney Milan’s Cyclone series!
I have Reindeer Games anthology and the new Elizabeth Hoyt on preorder but this comment thread is telling me there is a LOT to be psyched about next month.
For December it has to be Christina Lauren’s My Favorite half-night stand for 2019 It’s Ilona Andrews 2nd book in the Iron Covenant series and Wicked Bite by Jeaniene Frost
“Trashed.” An Eastside Brewery Novel by Mia Hopkins that isn’t due out until late May 2019. Really liked the gritty realism of life in Eastside LA in “Thirsty,” probably because I’m just plain tired of first world whineyness. Love can happen anywhere, and it’s never easy.
In a Badger Way by Shelly Laurenston and the next Bareknuckle Bastards book by Sarah MacLean.
I can’t think of any books coming out next month that I’m looking forward to but in January, I’m really looking forward to If I Ever by SE Jakes!
I’m looking most forward to 99 Percent Mine by Sally Thorne, Sapphire Flames by Ilona Andrews and The Wicked King by Holly Black!
I’m really looking forward to The Ruin of Kings by Jenn Lyons. The description gives me Wheel of Time meets ASoIaF vibes so I cannot wait until it’s released!
I’m looking forward to THE RUIN OF KINGS by Jenn Lyons and KING OF SCARS by Leigh Bardugo, both out in early 2019.
I’m looking forward to the new Anne Bishop Others book and the new Patricia Briggs book!!
Lisa Kleypas’ continuation of the Ravenels series.
I’m excited to (*finally!*) read the last Arden st Ives book, which doesn’t come out until like November. The second book gutted me and I read that way back in January of this year.
I’m so happy for this post because I don’t keep up with new release dates, and I’ve just learned there are a whole bunch of books I’m looking forward to next month! My top picks: new Cyclone series by Courtney Milan, Tessa Dare’s newest, Elizabeth Hoyt’s new one, the new Sarah MacLean, and the new Mary Balogh. Now I must go find the release dates for these!
Cat Sebastian’s next books! (They’ve already been ordered.)
No specific title, but I’m excited for the christmas themed books coming out. Especially any collections with several short stories. Those are my jam in December
I’m looking forward to Devil’s Daughter, the new Lisa Kleypas book!
I have a loooong list of must-buys for 2019 and plenty of Dec stuff on my wishlist, but to pick a fave I’ll go with The Winter of the Witch by Katherine Arden (out Jan 8th)
I don’t always keep good track of new books but definitely King of Scars by Leigh Bardugo, love her work.
Prob Tessa Dare is first on my list. Looking forward to Christmas break at school so I can binge-read.
Looking forward to catching up on Janet Evanovich’s Fox & Hare series.
I’ve only become a romance reader in the last few months and it’s all Alyssa Cole’s fault! I’m especially looking forward to the release of the 3rd Loyal League book. And, in the meantime, I’m expanding my romance horizons.
So many books to look forward to! I can’t wait for Scarlett Peckham’s next release, “The Earl I Ruined.” Her first in the series was soooo amazing.
I don’t pay much attention to upcoming releases, so I don’t have specific books that I am waiting for. So many of the books listed above I want to read. There are some authors such as Patricia Briggs and Anne Bishop only have about one book a year, and I always look forward to them. They both have new books in March.
