One thing I love to do is a giveaway for the swag bag at RT. Each attendee receives a conference bag stuffed with promotional items, plus a choice of some books from the goody room. I have the bag, some books, plus an extra treat.

I think I’d bring a steampunk outfit—I want an excuse to make one anyway. It would be fun to experience RT and all it entails!
I would bring my grandma, it was her books that first introduced me to romance, and she could use some real adventure in her life. I would also bring a notebook and big tote.
I’d bring my coworker Amy because we’ve been dying over missing all the cool things at RT this year.
I would bring Hermoine Granger time turner necklace so I could be in two places at the same time. Plus all my romance loving co-workers.
I would bring comfortable shoes, skirts with in-seam pockets (I make these; they are comfy and practical), a notebook for important names, dates, contacts, book titles, etc., power bars so I can go from panel to panel without having to stop for a meal, and my critique partner, because she’s so much fun, and I’ve brought her around to romance.
I’d bring a camera and a big bag to carry books.
I think I would bring one of those shopping bags on wheels to give my poor shoulders a break from the weight of all the books!
I was going to say a great big tote bag but I just saw Jo’s comment that she would use a shopping bag on wheels and that’s much better! No back pain and lots of room for goodies.

I so wanted to make it to the 30th anniversary this year because Julie Garwood was there! Unfortunately, my HR seminar took precedence but, if I could go next year I would bring labels with me for author autographs so I wouldn’t have to lug all of my books there for signings.
I would bring some comfy shoes and a rolling backpack.
I would bring a big stack of home made cakes, cookies and greetings from the UK.
I would bring my Kindle as well as a pad of paper and pencil so I could write down the titles of all the books I should be adding to my collection!
I would bring a lot of coffee to help me stay awake for all the parties, a cute pair of flats for all the walking, and a great bag to help me carry all the swag and books I pick up.
So sad to be missing RT this year, hoping to make New Orleans next year. I would make sure my costumes were in order for their wicked fun parties.
Wow, what an awesome giveaway! I haven’t read any of those books. As for the convention, I would bring lots of coffee and my kindle so that I could immediately download any books that capture my attention.
A group of good friends, so that if any authors go incognito and the stand up during panels declaring who they are we can all stand up and say “No, I’m So-and-so. Stop talking about my book!”
Corsets!! I would have to attend all the events and corsets seem to be the IT thing to wear.
I’d bring lots of No Doz and an audio recorder so I could go over everything I heard when I’m less overwhelmed by being surrounded by Awesomeness!
I’d bring my sister so we both could have a book-filled getaway!

I would bring my friend Janel, who got me into reading romances and inevitably has a great series recommendation when I’m stuck. Together, we could double our bag swag and therefore our reading possibilities! I would also bring a giant bag of cookies, since what goes better with a good book than a good cookie?
I’ve never been at an RT convention. What does one bring usually? I would guess if some of my favorite authors are there, I’d bring those books and ask them to be autographed 😀 and a camera for pictures of me with my favorite authors

I would bring fairy take cookies – hearts, castles, crowns, pumpkin coach, slipper, apples, etc. because everyone loves cookies and fairy tales are the first romance story many of us read.
I would bring something to read, because you always have to have a book with you, even if you are going to a convention about great books, where you meet fabulous authors, and try to get, buy, beg, borrow more books!
My iphone to take pictures, something to write notes in – titles of books, authors, etc. and a rolling bag for extra books – my back isn’t what it used to be! Oh, and lots of chocolate!

I’d bring my Mom, because she was the first one to introduce me to romance novels back in the mid 1970’s. Romance has sure come a loooong way since then 😉
