Luck of the Draw by Kate Clayborn is $2.99 at Amazon and Barnes & Noble! If you grabbed the previous book in the series when it was on sale, now you can grab the next one! This one has enemies entering into a fake relationship, which is all sorts of my catnip. Can I read this one out of order?
Spellbound by Allie Therin is $1.99! This is a gay fantasy historical romance with a dash of mystery. Most readers loved the writing, while others wished the execution were better. Reviews also mention that this one has closed door/off the page sex scenes.
RECOMMENDED BY MANY: Written in Red by Anne Bishop is 99c! This is the first book in The Others series, and it has a 4+ star average. I love this series and many readers of the site do too. A warning, though, as it does feature self-harm. I will also note that I found Meg, the heroine, to be a little Mary Sue-ish at first, but she really comes into her own.
The Bride Who Got Lucky by Janna MacGregor is $1.99! This is the second book in the Cavensham Heiresses historical romance series. Readers really enjoyed the chemistry and tension between the hero and heroine, but found there are a lot of subplots that made things feel disjointed at times. It has a 4-star rating on Goodreads.

The Earl by Katharine Ashe is $1.99! This is the second book in the Devil’s Duke series. It has a false identity, a road trip, and an opposites attract romance. Some readers loved the antagonistic relationship between the hero and heroine, but others mentioned some issues with liking the heroine in general.
I have to admit that summer is my least favorite season. Good thing there are so many new releases coming out to keep me inside and in front of my fan. But first, here are some popular upcoming July books that didn’t make our personal list of picks: Victoria Schwab is starting a brand new series with This Savage Song . If you’re anxious to read the follow up to The Bourbon Kings, J.R. Ward’s The Angels’ Share is … Continue reading July’s New Releases→
RECOMMENDED: Sworn to Silence by Linda Castillo is $2.99! I believe this is a Kindle Daily Deal and is being price matched. Yay! Elyse LOVED this book and gave it an A+:
If you love thrillers with a little romance (or romance with A LOT of thriller) and you want something totally different from what’s being published right now, go buy this book. You won’t be disappointed.
