The Duke Heist by Erica Ridley is $1.99! This is book one in a new series and was mentioned on a previous Hide Your Wallet. Elyse was super excited about the heist element and I feel like the other books in the series have been talked about positively here.
How Sweet It Is by Dylann Newton is $1.99! I believe this was Newton’s debut and it release relatively recently. It’s an opposites attract romance between a horror writer and a wedding planner. I’ve heard a lot of good things about this one!
RECOMMENDED: The Fact of a Body by Alexandria Marzano-Lesnevich is $2.99! This is part of today’s Kindle Daily Deals and there is a ton of nonfiction on sale. This is part memoir, part true crime and it’s a really gripping book. Both Elyse and I have read it and were captivated by it. But I cannot issue enough content warnings for this book.
From Duke Till Dawn by Eva Leigh is $1.99! This is the first book in The London Underground series and featured a heroine who previously had conned the hero. Many really liked the heroine and how smart and resourceful she was. However, others wished the hero and heroine had more dynamic interactions.
When a Marquis Chooses a Bride by Ella Quinn is 99c! This is the second book in The Worthingtons series and features an opposites attract romance. Readers loved the heroine, who is described as fragile, yet strong in a couple reviews. However, some felt the plot was a bit thin. It has a 4-star rating on Goodreads.
