Get a Life, Chloe Brown saw my expectations’ proffered hand and kissed it gently, and then proceeded to charm their pants off. In a tent. With s’mores. (Not with s’mores, because s’mores apparently are not a thing in the UK.) This metaphor got away from me, but you get the idea. This book is outstanding.
Will They or Won’t They by Ava Wilder is $1.99! This is an enemies to lovers story with two actors who play love interests on-screen. Wilder’s debut How to Fake It in Hollywood had a lot of recommendations on the site, but I think this one isn’t as beloved.

Storm Echo by Nalini Singh is $1.99! This is a Kindle Daily Deal and book six in the Psy Changeling Trinity series. I think you could fill in the blanks and read it as a standalone, but it’s probably a richer experience to read the entire series in order.
How to Fake It in Hollywood by Ava Wilder is $2.99! I picked this one up on a recommendation from a romance loving friend, Estelle! Estelle works in romance publishing and has been a guest on the podcast.
RECOMMENDED: Nettle & Bone by T. Kingfisher is $2.99! Carrie gave this one an A-, and I’d definitely agree with that grade:
It is a fairytale that is, mostly, about grown-ups, many of whom have Seen Some Shit. It isn’t always pretty, but it’s always emotionally gripping, new, and wonderful.
