And the total amount of our donation has been confirmed!

$1,278.48!!!
The donation in that amount to NCADV has already been made, so we’ll be comfortable and fabulous while helping people in the fight against the causes and effects of domestic violence. Heck, yeah!

Storytime! I read toxic planet and unironically loved it, then bought and read the whole series. I died laughing listening to the podcast episode (the most fun I’ve ever had while on the treadmill). So I had to buy the “Stay Golden Horny Girl” sweatshirt, right?
Here’s the thing though, I don’t live in the US right now, so I had it shipped to the house of my very conservative, very religious mother. Now, about six months ago I purchased some artwork with vaguely sexy leanings with lots of nudity, but absolutely amazing. My mother opened up the package on accident and immediately called ALL my siblings and several other relatives to tell them that I was having porn sent to the house (they literally all called me laughing). Since then, I’ve noticed that my mom has “accidentally” opened up a few more packages I’ve had sent home.
This morning I woke up to the following text from her. “A package came for you, horny girl.”
My mother clearly thinks I’m a sex fiend, and maybe I am, but I LOVE that horny girl might be my new nickname. It’s not wrong.
