Big thanks to all the comments and we still have a few more days of giveaways left!
So this is weird, but there’s nothing better than snuggling on the couch under a pile of hot laundry fresh from the dryer. Snuggling with my hubby with a cat on my lap is a close second. But still… the hot laundry treatment is unbeatable. #dontjudgeme
I feel like a curmudgeon, but my cat and a good book are just great with me. But … are fictional characters acceptable? In that case, I’d pick Castiel, the angel from Supernatural, because I bet he’s a good cuddler.
Significant Other would be my choice for gaming out on the couch. When I was young, the dog was not allowed on the couch which meant we kids sat on the floor if we wanted to hang with him.
My Scottie and my hubbie!
My late and much-mourned cat, Jack. We had to have him put down just over four years ago and I still miss him every day. He would snuggle on the couch next to me when I had my morning coffee.
Usually I’d have a cup of hot chocolate and snuggle with my current book boyfriend! 😉
Tom Hardy and like 5 dogs
Hmm. I think I’d like to snuggle up with Paul Rudd. He’s funny and even better looking than he was 20 years ago when my heart skipped a beat watching him in Clueless.
Also, @Andys, I think you’d have to explain cuddling to Castiel before getting him to reluctantly try it. Then, he’ll eventually want to snuggle all the time. (As a Dean girl, I’d like to think he’s a snuggler, but of the guys on that show, I can only see it in Sam.)
At the moment, my boyfriend who is off visiting his mother for the holidays. Miss him. Probably also a cat. Or maybe two, because if he’s around and there’s only one cat it will likely be in his lap.
I love to cuddle with my dog. Sadly, my dog has a mind of his own and often thinks what I want to be cuddle time should actually be play time. When he does want to cuddle, he is the best cuddle ever!
I usually cuddle on the couch with a good book, or something on the telly and my knitting. My hubs works nights & I’m a teacher, so I am ALWAYS working at home, I would love to find myself cuddled up with Jamie Fraser… oops, did I say that aloud?? I meant that I’d love to find myself cuddled up with my hubs of 30 years, and I soon will when he goes back to working the day shift. I used to cuddle with the pups we always had when our kids were growing up, but the kids are grown, their dogs and cats have passed on, so my knitting it is that keeps my hands busy when my grand babies are not around.
I’d love an excuse to have a snuggle-in night with DH! How fun!!
Chris Evans and my cat. Maybe some bubbly wine or a nice cocktail and some good books, too.
One kid on each side, husband rubbing my feet, and dog in my lap (OK, that one’s not realistic, he’s an 80 pound Labrador, but this is MY fantasy!)
I’m snuggling on the couch with a book and a warm blanket, which my teeny little dog Puplet is graciously sharing with me. (I have to be careful if I get up to do something not to sit on Puplet when I come back. She likes to burrow under the blanket to stay warm.)
my two poodles are the best snugglers. anytime, any place, anywhere.
Not the dog, he is 70 lbs of couch hog. Maybe DH while we read and watch a movie.
Can I say a good book with a handmade blanket?
I’d love to snuggle up on the couch with my brother’s kitty (who spends more time in my apartment than his) and an ereader. Sadly, I’m allergic, so any snuggling would have to be with said ereader.
(And don’t worry, kitty has a cosy little space of his own, and I have managed to train him to go there instead of taking a nap on my pillow!)
My two dogs
with my significant other while we’re both huddled under the blanket (sort of like a single body creature with head poking out on both sides of the blanket) while he reads his stuff, and I read mine!
Does a hot mug of lavender tea and a juicy television show count? My new obsession is E Network’s The Royals. So that. But I’m definitely counting down to series four of Sherlock!
Significant other. And a new dog, when I get one. Mine passed away this year.
It used to be a blanket and a good book. Now it’s just as often a blanket and an entire kdrama.
I love to cuddle up on the sofa with either of my youngest cats! However, if Oded Fehr happened to show up wanting to cuddle, I wouldn’t close the door in his face!
My husband and two cats!
My wee chihuahua, Rufus Xavier Sarsaparilla. His only job is to sit on your lap and make you feel better. And he is a champion at it!
I’m going to say a book with my warm comfy blanket
Being the boring person I am, I pick the husband and my cat! Love them both, but the husband is the better cuddler.
I want to cuddle with Gong Yoo from the Korean drama Goblin.
The husband, a big throw that covers both of us, and our Kindles. Which is pretty much how we’ve spent the last few nights of this holiday!
All the things: cats, dogs, Idris…
Husband, cat, several pairs of socks, blanket, glass of wine, scented candle, books, books, books…. paradise.
I love to snuggle on the couch with a good book. A good dog is a close second.
The husband, the three cats, and my Kindle Paperwhite!
This year has been so bad that literally my entire body head included under a blanket, like a protective cocoon or fort…that is all.
A book, a warm blanket and a cup of cinnamon tea.
I would love to snuggle on the couch with my hubby, but I usually get stuck beneath at least two cats and my 120 pound pit bull lap dog which is the best way to afternoon nap.
I had to put to sleep my fur-baby, Alice the Cat, last year after a brief, vicious cancer. I would love to have another evening to snuggle with her on the couch, while I read my book and listen to the Cavs game. And listen to her purr and demand pets.
My husband and his 3-year-old granddaughter
