I have a hard time imagining any romance novel reader who wouldn’t appreciate and enjoy this book for one or more or many reasons.

While the Duke Was Sleeping by Sophie Jordan is $1.99! This is a historical romance retelling of the movie While You Were Sleeping. Some readers thought the story worked better as a contemporary romcom. Others loved the animosity and banter between the hero and heroine early on in the book.

I can’t remember anything of the plot of “A devil in disguise”. My brain processes that cover as “warm fuzzy comforting hug” and “make Good Book Noise” and “why am I not re-reading it?”
Ooh, I loved A DUKE IN DISGUISE. The Regency Imposters series were the first books of Cat Sebastian’s that I read (recommend them all!) and they sent me down the rabbit hole of her entire backlist.

I also loved a Duke in Disguise! Though A Delicate Deception is my favorite in the series (so queer!). I want a novella for Georgiana (ex-governess and BFF of one MC, possibly ace?) and Lex (ex-lover and BFF of the other MC); heart eyes forever of these 2 making their own rules.

Lovely, emotionally satisfying queer m/f historical romance with a bi heroine.
This is the 2nd in a trilogy but it’s stand alone – a couple secondary characters from the first book appear in this one too. They seem to take place sort of during the same time period, or this one may start before the first. But it doesn’t matter – they’re both self-contained stories and they’re quite good.
I too loved A DUKE IN DISGUISE, but this cover is so misleading. The heroine is bi, she’s a businesswoman running a printshop, I don’t think she ever wears a ballgown in the story.
@Karin: I’m not so sure its a ballgown. Looks to me like a peach satin bed sheet.
