Thanks to the many, many people who sent me this one.
I love the floating cloth, really. There isn’t enough floating cloth imagery in paranormal romance anymore.

Now that was made of win and such a fantastic way to start my Friday! *in a good mood despite the rain*
That was amazing… and kinda creepy. 🙂
Verification: period84. Did anyone really think this was a cool video, even in the 1984 period? Wow, man.
OMG! I was howling through it all. That was perfection plus!
I’m pretty sure I’m going to sing it as “Spin around, ninja” for the rest of my life.
There is also another great version of Meatloaf’s “Anything For Love”. Both of them made us crack up. The “flying zombie AHHHHHHHHH” part made me almost wet myself.
Another classic!
Almost as funny as “Another Blip of the Heart” done to this.
Good use of mullets
spamword: results82. Wonder if there are 82 reasons why Bonnie thought this was a good video?
OMGWTFBBQ! I laughed. Out loud. Scared the fuzzy critters. Thanks for a great break!
spamword: left72 Are there 72 songs left to parody?
That was total awesomesauce! Loved it!
That is one of the funniest things I have ever seen. Pretty sure my mouth hung open the entire time. Thanks!
This is great. I still think the funniest of the ‘literal video’ craze might be the dustfilms literal version of Aha’s Take On Me

Thank you for making me snort the cinnamon scone right out thru my nose. Excellent.
But yanno, as cheesy as the 80s were, I still dig ‘em. Floating fabric forevah!

Literal Videos! A whole new genre to waste time with, who knew? (well, some of you Bitches, obviously…)
What the effin crap? That angel guy just felt me up. (still rolling over that one)
That was freaking brilliant! I will never be able to listen to that song with a straight face again.
Oh my damn, that was funny! “I whip my head to the right!”
Started out as Hogwart’s,
Now it’s Lord of the Flies.
Ah, fine literary references, both.
spamword: more82. Oh yeah, always need more of the 80’s.
Speaking of eternal song pollution, I can never hear Natalie Imbruglia’s TORN without thinking of this interpretive mime skit.
Spamword: took62 Took 62 viewings to catch all the visual jokes in this one!
I almost spit water on the comp at the “Drinking wine! Douchebags!” part!
Freakin’ hysterical.
Um, yes. But I was very young, and videos were really new, and the bar didn’t start off very high. And I really don’t remember it being full of all the weirdness. Football players? Ninjas? I just remember the singing and the glowing eyes. Which, at the time, were REALLY cool.
She also did one about holding out for a hero, and I do remember a bunch of cowboys and stuff showing up, but the song was about heroes.
What more is there to say, except, of course…“Mullet with headlights”?
Okay, I was smiling, snickering a bit, but that was all…until “What the effin’ crap, that angel guy just felt me up”. I laughed so hard, I still have tears coming out of my eyes!
because47—because 47 Fonzi clones was one too many…
Brilliant! I took plainjane’s advice and looked up their version of Meatloaf’s video on Youtube. “My mattress is made of gypsy sluts” will be burned into my mind forever.
freakin hilarious. ‘open the bathroom door for me! never mind i went on the floor’ had me laughing.
thsi was so funny, like the funniest thing i have ever seen. so funny.
I was one of the people who, upon seeing this, instantly wanted to send it to you but figured the rest of the world already had. Mullet with headlights, forsooth! It took me DAYS to get it out of my head, and I was in tears of laughter. Ditto the Meatloaf one…
Ah, life’s simple pleasures – mocking the 80’s (not that current videos make any more, um, sense).
Dangling balls….metaphor?
Win and awesomesause is right.
Course if they had sung this version (Every now and then I have to Fart” it’d be really cool too. But then I haven’t grown out of my potty humor love.
