I’m looking for a contemporary romance book about two strangers who pretend to date to help a young girl in a bad foster care situation.
The hero has a lot of trauma around physical touch and the heroine helps him heal. I believe he owned a tattoo shop or something and the little girl runs into it as she is running away from her foster father. He relates to her and agrees to help her, enlisting the heroine to help so he would look better on his foster application.
