So we have a celebrity romance, women being friends and helping each other with their mental health, and reflections on identity and community. That’s a lot to pack into a book, but it all works and delivered by Philippa Soo’s incredibly soothing voice, it was totally my jam.
Happily Never After by Lynn Painter is $2.99! This was mentioned on a previous Hide Your Wallet and features two characters who get hired to shout “I object” at weddings. Did any of you pick this up?
A Rulebook for Restless Rogues by Jess Everlee is $1.99! This is book two in the Lucky Lovers of London series and it was mentioned last summer in Dahlia’s Queer Romance Round-Up for July.

This is a great romance for readers who want something fairly short, beautifully written, and not too angsty.
Eclipse the Moon by Jessie Mihalik is $1.99! This is book two in the Starlight’s Shadow series. Book three is out this summer. I remember reading book two, though found it heavier on action that romance.
