I’m working on developing new designs and new products for our SBTB Swag collection for our store, and wanted to ask your opinions!
Some of the items in development will be free things I send with prizes or that we give away at conferences, and others will be items available for purchase at different retailers (including some that have nifty coupons all the time).
So while this doesn’t obligate you to purchase anything (of course not!) I wanted to ask for your input. What swag do you love, or would interest you if it were connected to SBTB?
Thanks, you’re pretty fabulous yourself.
Thank you, you look fabu as well!
Thank you, I feel fabulous, and part of that is the reflected glory of the Hot Pink Palace.
OK, I just sent some suggestions in on this. All you SmartBitch Librarians think about all the great swag we got (still get?) at library conferences. That’s one of the things I miss most about retiring was the regular influx of notepads, post-it notes, small journals/notebooks,etc., etc.
Oh, hot diggity. Thank you, Joy! I appreciate all the suggestions!
@Joy
I’m with you. Pens with smooth ink and some heft to them as well as pretty notebooks or journals.
Also how about calendars? Imagine a Cover Snark Calendar or perhaps a calendar based on one or more of the site’s semi-regular features. Would that even be a possibility?
My friend who has a swag business (she calls herself Swag Hag, let me know if you want her info 🙂 ) gave me a tiny stand that props up your phone or Kindle and I use it ALL THE TIME.
You look fantastic!
@Nancy: That is a brilliant idea. Could you share her info, if she’s okay with it? Thank you!
@SB Sarah: She would be thrilled to hear from the bitchery!! Her facebook page with contact info is https://www.facebook.com/The-Swag-Hag-380030639442147/. You can see links to a site with some swag, but she can get lots of other stuff that isn’t shown, and Gwen’s special talent is helping people find just the right things for their needs. I always just get in touch with her directly to tell her my vague (and wishy washy) sense of what I want and let her do her magic.
