The Devil of Downtown by Joanna Shupe is 99c! Amazon says this is a “limited time deal.” How limited? I have no idea. My main gripe with this series is that the three sisters have an awful, sexist dad. The books kind of overlap in terms of a timeline, so you get to experience the dad in all of his shittiness three times around.
In His Hands by Adriana Anders is $1.99! This is book three in the Blank Canvas series and I highly recommend the entire series. The books are on the darker side (content warning themes of abuse, isolation, violence), but Anders does a great job with slow burn romances. And, if you want all of the books, the first and second book are 99c each!
Assassin’s Gambit by Amy Raby is $2.99! This fantasy romance is the first in the Hearts and Thrones series. Readers seemed to be mixed on the assassin heroine. Some really liked her and felt for her inner turmoil and conflict. However, others felt they never got to see her “assassin” skills in action.
