The Duke Who Didn’t was always going to be a book that made me happy. Humour, food, and a gentle hero who just wants the heroine to be less stressed are a pretty good formula for getting onto my keeper shelf.

Bonds of Courage by Lynda Aicher is $1.99! This is an erotic romance with a hockey player hero and dominatrix heroine, and hello catnip! I’m always on the search for more Dommes in romance and I’m very curious about this one. Have you read it?
An Ex for Christmas by Lauren Layne is $1.99! This is a friends to lovers romance with a hint of some holiday cheer. Readers definitely think this has Hallmark movie potential. I will warn that this romance is from the heroine’s POV and other readers wished to know what the hero was thinking at some points.
The Beautiful Ashes by Jeaniene Frost is $1.99! This is the first book in her Broken Destiny series, which is a New Adult paranormal romance/urban fantasy. I like the new cover design, despite the model looking like he’s mid Thanos snap.

Storm by Brigid Kemmerer is $1.99 at Amazon! If you’re playing Ripped Bodice Bingo, this would work for the YA paranormal square. Readers liked the heroine, but after reading some reviews, I think there is some internalized misogyny. It has a 3.9-star rating on Goodreads.
A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas is $1.99! This is a Kindle Daily Deal, and hasn’t been price matched yet. This book and series is insanely popular and has Beauty and the Beast elements. However, some felt it didn’t live up to the hype or it had too much sexxxytimes for a YA-positioned book. Have you read this one?
A New Hope by Robyn Carr is 99c! This is a small town contemporary romance and book eight in the Thunder Point series. Also, take note that the heroine is dealing with the loss of a child. Readers loved the emotional and heartfelt romance between the hero and heroine, while others felt their dialogue didn’t seem real to them. It has a 4-star rating on Goodreads.
