RECOMMENDED: Outlander by Diana Gabaldon is $1.99! No one here ever talks about Outlander, it certainly doesn’t have one of the most popular heroes or couples in fiction, and it’s not a perennial bestseller. : )
Yinka, Where is Your Huzband? by Lizzie Damilola Blackburn is $1.99! I mentioned this on a previous Get Rec’d. It’s a funny, women’s fiction and I’ve been using it as a gateway recommendation to get people closer and closer to reading romance.
RECOMMENDED: Hollow Kingdom by Kira Jane Buxton is $2.99! Carrie gave this one an A-, but warns it’s definitely not a romance. Definitely skim her review to see if this book is right for you:

Something Fabulous by Alexis Hall is $1.99! Of course, we’re big fans of Alexis Hall at the Bitchery and this is a rompy, road trip adventure. It came out in January. Did any of you pick this one up? I remember last time this one was on sale, there were comments about this one feeling a little mean-spirited.
Incense and Sensibility by Sonali Dev is $1.99! Not sure if we’ve featured this one on sale before. It’s book three in Dev’s Rajes series, which is full of Jane Austen retellings.
RECOMMENDED: One Last Stop by Casey McQuiston is $2.99! Carrie and Tara did a joint review of this one and gave it a Squee grade:

Carrie: So much this! The book is fun, sexy, serious and comical, and deeply intersectional.
Island Affair by Priscilla Oliveras is 99c! Oliveras was part of my contemporary romance panel for a previous Bookstore Romance Day, and she was a damn delight. Trigger warning for this one as I believe the heroine is in recovery for disordered eating.
RECOMMENDED: Iron Widow by Xiran Jay Zhao is $4.99! This is a Kindle Daily Deal. Carrie just reviewed this one and gave it a B+:
I loved the setting, the characters, the polyamorous romance, and the mecha stuff. This is an intriguing, exciting book and I can’t wait for the next one.
Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins is $2.99! This is a contemporary YA romance, Kindle Daily Deal, and many reviews on Goodreads mention becoming a member of the Bad Decisions Book Club in order to finish it. However, some found the heroine a bit too cutesy for their tastes. Have you read this one? It’s on my TBR pile.
