Some readers will likely find Fake to be too under developed for them, and some, like me, will find it works just fine. It gave me a happy, angst free reading experience I enjoyed. Just know, your mileage may vary.
Home Work by Julie Andres is $2.99! This is Andrews’ second memoir and while it has positive reviews, I’ve also seen comments that it isn’t as good as her first one. I also have a feeling this would be fantastic on audio!
RECOMMENDED: Daughter of Smoke & Bone by Laini Taylor is $2.99! This is a YA fantasy with some romantic elements, and it’s the first in a series. I’ve heard so many good things about this book, and several friends compared it to a fairy tale. However, readers admit that it’s a tad confusing at the start, as they tried to get their footing in the story.
