Husband Material by Alexis Hall is $1.99! This is the follow-up to Boyfriend Material. I definitely think you need to be a fan of the first book to really enjoy this one. Personally, I didn’t think it needed a sequel and was meh on it.
Out of Character by Annabeth Albert is $1.99! This is part of the True Colors series and features all sorts of nerdery and fandom culture, if you like that in your romances. I’ve heard this series skews a little more toward New Adult. Thoughts?
A Duke Worth Fighting For by Christina Britton is $1.99! This is book three in the Isle of Synne series, which is the last one. We’ve featured the other two books on sale, so if you’re looking to collect all three, this is your chance!
Cinder by Marissa Meyer is $2.99! This is the first book in the Lunar Chronicles series. Set in New Beijing, a fictional world of the future, Cinder is influenced by several fairy tales, so if you’re a sucker for retellings, you may want to give this is a try. I love the cover redesigns and bought them all when they came out.
Red, White and Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston is $2.99! This is a limited time deal and I know many of you loved this one. Aarya gave this one a C- because she found the political world building too much of a distraction.
RECOMMENDED: Sleeping Giants by Sylvain Neuvel is $1.99! It’s a scifi novel with some great female characters. Readers say that though this scifi is a little darker and less “feel good,” they loved it. However, some felt a bulk of the book was just setup and information dumping for the next book. It has a 3.8-star rating on Goodreads. Elyse enjoyed this one and I really loved the audiobook.
Listen to Me by Kristen Proby is $1.99! Both Sarah and I picked it as part of a previous April’s Hide Your Wallet post. Readers recommend this if you want something sexy, but easy on the angst. However, some expressed difficulty maintaining their interest. It has a 4-star rating on Goodreads.

A Certain Age by Beatriz Williams is $1.99 at Amazon! Because the sale is only at Amazon right now, the sale might expire this afternoon. This is a historical fiction novel set in New York’s Jazz Age. This book was released earlier this summer and readers loved the sense of place Williams created. It’s also a retelling of an opera, which is pretty cool! However, others found the story a bit underwhelming compared to the jacket copy.
