The City Baker’s Guide to Country Living by Louise Miller is $1.99! Admittedly, this sounds all sorts of comforting and adorable and Miller’s books have been previous staff picks at the bookstore where I worked. However, I’m always iffy on books that are positioned as women’s fiction. Do you have any experience with reading Miller’s titles?
Spellbound at Pemberley by Abigail Reynolds is $2.49 at Amazon! I thought this might appeal to the Bitchery as there is a magical Darcy. And also the description mentions dragons!
The Midsummer Bride by Kati Wilde is $1.99! This is part of the Dead Lands series, which has been recommended before on the site. It also looks like seven books in the series are available for roughly $17, though some of these installments are novellas. Can you jump in anywhere, or should you start with book one?
Second First Impressions by Sally Thorne is $2.99! This is a Kindle Daily Deal and I believe came out earlier this year. Thorne’s debut was much-loved, though her follow up was meh for most of us. I thought someone on the site reviewed this one, but I think I’m wrong.
