Books on Sale: Men Under the Mistletoe by & More

Men Under the Mistletoe is $1.99! This is a holiday anthology of four gay romances. I believe all four are contemporary romances, though I also read that one story might have a fantasy element and a menage scene. Additionally, if you only want to read one or two of the four, the novellas in this anthology should be available to purchase on their own.

Books on Sale: Wonder Woman Unbound by Tim Hanley & More

RECOMMENDED: Wonder Woman Unbound by Tim Hanley is $3.82 at Amazon and $4.99 elsewhere. While not your typical discounted price, I thought this would be great to tie in for RHG’s Wonder Woman film review. Carrie really enjoyed this book and it earned an A+ grade:

Wonder Woman has persisted as a feminist icon whether she is taking over a Nazi U-boat, or getting excited about shopping and dating a new crush, or twirling around on our TV sets (I LOVED that show!). Books on Sale: Fortune Favors the Wicked by Theresa Romain & More

RECOMMENDED: Fortune Favors the Wicked by Theresa Romain is $1.99! This is a Kindle Daily Deal and is being priced matched. There’s a treasure hunt, a blind hero, and a former courtesan heroine. Talk about catnip! Redheadedgirl gave this an A grade in a Lightning Review:

What I found the most interesting about this book was how the blind hero was written. He hadn’t always been blind – he was struck by a disease while he was in the Navy – and the narrative describes with abundant detail how he moves through a world he can’t see, but he still perceives. And I really appreciated that she doesn’t magically cure him of his blindness. Love doesn’t cure all things, and this is a part of who he is now.
