Song of the Forever Rains by E.J. Mellow is $2.49! This one was published by Amazon, so it’s only available there. On Goodreads, there does seem to be some confusion on whether this falls into adult romance or young adult. Others say it splits the different at new adult.

RECOMMENDED: The Suffragette Scandal by Courtney Milan is 99c. Pretty much anyone I’ve heard talk about Milan’s books says, “Just read them all, trust me.” I concur.
Redheadedgirl and Carrie did a joint review of this title and they gave it an A:
Both Redheadedgirl and I give this book ALL THE A’s. We laughed, we cried, we were inspired and frustrated.

On the Edge by Ilona Andrews is $1.99! This is the first book in The Edge urban fantasy series and, I think, it’s the only series I haven’t read by Andrews. RECOMMENDED: Tiny Pretty Things by by Sona Charaipotra and Dhonielle Clayton is $1.99! This is a YA book set at a ballet academy and Redheadedgirl gave it an A:
The cover copy describes this as Black Swan meets Pretty Little Liars. The melodrama factor is high. There’s harassment that escalates to attempted murder, maimings, vandalism, and HIPPA violations. The end was, the more I think about it, the most satisfying unsatisfying ending imaginable, and I am SUPER glad that I went to the We Need Diverse Books panel at RT, and that I snagged a copy. I’m really excited to see what else these two write, separately or together.
