Three Weeks to Wed by Ella Quinn is 99c and is a price-matched Kindle Daily Deal! Redheadedgirl reviewed this book and wound up giving it a C-:
This is one of those frustrating books where there’s a good idea but it gets bogged down in a total and utter lack of tension or conflict. As a result, it’s an eye-rolling read.
But if it’s still on your TBR list and you want to give it a shot, it’s hard to beat the price of less than a dollar. The rest of this series is also on sale as part of KDD!

RECOMMENDED: It Takes Two to Tangle by Theresa Romain is $1.99 at Amazon and Barnes & Noble! This is the first book in the historical romance Matchmaker Trilogy. Elyse reviewed this book (Grade: B) and liked the heroine a lot:
If you’re a Regency fan who likes unconventional heroines, pick this book up for sure. If you like the Tragically Wounded Hero, like I do, pick it up. If you need your hero to really have his shit together, you may want to avoid it. Henry gave me heartburn sometimes, but the great conflict, and a kick ass heroine, kept me reading.

When a Marquis Chooses a Bride by Ella Quinn is 99c! This is the second book in The Worthingtons series and features an opposites attract romance. Readers loved the heroine, who is described as fragile, yet strong in a couple reviews. However, some felt the plot was a bit thin. It has a 4-star rating on Goodreads.

RECOMMENDED: Furiously Happy by Jenny Lawson is $2.99! This price, right now, is only valid at Amanzon and Google:Play. Elyse loved this book and how it helped her deal with chronic pain. She gave it an A:
Furiously Happy is a rare book, a combination of ridiculous humor and poignant reflection. I think anyone who has suffered from a stigmatized illness will identify with Lawson’s honest, sometimes heartbreaking, description of her own pain. It’s still an uplifting book though, and that’s important. Lawson believes in celebrating small victories and quiet bravery. I get that. Sometimes you’re proud because hey, you got out of bed and showered today but you can’t post that on Facebook because other people don’t get it (and you’ll get shitty comments “Wow, I trained for my half marathon and worked 12 hours.” NOBODY CARES, GARY).

A Kiss for Lady Mary by Ella Quinn is 99c! This historical romance has a fake relationship plot and is the sixth book in The Marriage Game series. Many of the other books in the series are available for $4 or less! Some readers thought the beginning was pretty slow, while others loved the hero and his protective hero.

RECOMMENDED: Nuts by Alice Clayton is $4.99! I know the sale price is a little higher than what we feature, but the book is sooooo worth it. I personally love Clayton’s writing and it’s a great blend of humor and romance. I love the heroine, though I’ll admit the circumstances that send her back to her hometown are a little silly. And the next book, Cream of the Crop, comes out next month and is amazingly hilarious.

Broken Juliet by Leisa Rayven is $1.99! This is a Kindle Daily Deal and is bring price-matched elsewhere, so if you bought the first book, Bad Romeo, yesterday or last time it was on sale, you can grab the second one considering the first book has a cliffhanger. Readers found the first third of the book to be repetitive as it rehashed the same things over and over, while others thought the hero’s grovel was sufficient.

This is one of those frustrating books where there’s a good idea but it gets bogged down in a total and utter lack of tension or conflict. As a result, it’s an eye-rolling read. Lady Grace Carpenter is guardian of her seven younger brothers and sisters- something she had to fight for after her mother’s death in order to keep all the kids together. Because she would lose guardianship should she get married, she’s decided … Continue reading Three Weeks to Wed by Ella Quinn →

Update: As of 2:10pm EST, The Lady Hellion isn’t reflecting the sale price, but the other two books are still available for less than $3 each.
RECOMMENDED: The Lady Hellion by Joanna Shupe is $1.99 at Amazon! Hopefully, we have some price matching later in the day. The first two books in the series are also $1.99 at Amazon, and Redheadedgirl loved them as well! RHG reviewed the book earlier this year and gave it an A-:
The heroine in The Lady Hellion is Lady Sophia Barnes, the daughter of a Marquess… and sometimes known as Sir Stephen Radcliffe, a young pup of a dude who shows up at gaming hells and brothels while investigating missing women. (YES IT IS A CROSS-DRESSING TROPE YAY). She’s known Quint forever, and held a torch for him for at least that long. He’s also held a torch for her, so we also have two idiots who can’t use their fucking words.
I love a good “Can’t use their fucking words” story in the hands of a good writer.
