I’m honestly not sure what having all the images from the episode in the podcast entry would do to the feeds it serves, so I’ll be doing a separate entry with all the visual aids and linking it. You can also find all the RTRW content at our category page for Romantic Times Rewind. And, most importantly, if you want to listen and follow along with this entry, we have more detail in the audio, … Continue reading Romantic Times Rewind: May 2014 Review Images →

RECOMMENDED: Dance All Night by Alexis Daria is 99c at select vendors! Elyse read this holiday novella and gave it an A-:
I thought the black moment was a little abrupt due to the light conflict, but overall my love for Nik and for the sheer, sweet fun that was Dance All Night made up for it.

Under the Lights by Dahlia Adler is $1.99 at Amazon! Fingers crossed for some price-matching. This is a YA/NA lesbian romance and Sarah gave it a B:
In terms of what age group this book is for, it’s tagged as both YA and New Adult. The characters are over 18, but under 21, and there is one on-the-page sex scene, should you be wondering if this book is suitable for a reader you know.

RECOMMENDED: When a Marquess Loves a Woman by Vivienne Lorret is $2.99! Elyse read this historical romance and gave it an A- and while this is the third book in a series, it can be read as a standalone:

There’s a lot going on in this book.

RECOMMENDED: The Unleashing by Shelly Laurenston is 99c! Yeah, you’re reading that right. If you were at RT, Sarah squeed about this so hard, so thanks to everyone who told us about this sale. And she did a little drive by squee during a review for the second book, The Undoing:
Feared Viking blacksmith (of sorts) in the Raven clan has a massive crush on a former Marine who is reborn as a Crow. (Bonus: Ravens giving him shit about his crush, and his ability to admit easily that he really likes her: ALL the thumbs, all of them up.)

Lightning Reviews are back! This Sunday, we have a book that made quite the impression in January’s Hide Your Wallet post with its carefully draped sheets, an awesome urban fantasy series that Carrie is totally digging, and a mystery with an FBI profiler heroine.
