Idol by Kristen Callihan is 99c! This was my pick for June’s Hide Your Wallet. I haven’t gotten around to reading it, but if you have, let me know what you think in the comments. For readers who like rockstar romances, this comes recommended, while other readers thought there was perhaps too much focus on sex. It has a 4.1-star rating on Goodreads.

The Countess Conspiracy by Courtney Milan is 99c at Amazon and Barnes & Noble! This is a historical romance and the third book in the Brothers Sinister series. Carrie gave it a B-:
I wanted a book about women and science and I got that, but it was all mixed in with a completely different book about emotional trauma and recovering from sexual and emotional abuse. They were both good books but I think I would have preferred to read them separately, not mixed together into one rather crowded story.
