Somebody to Love by Kristan Higgins is 99c! This is the third book in the Gideon’s Cove series and is a small town, renovation romance. Readers thought there was a great balance between romance and humor, and while many agree it’s a great lighthearted romance, there’s nothing new or unpredictable here.
