Readers loved the chemistry between the two characters and the opposites attract plot. However, some warn that the hero could be a bit of a jerk. It has a 4-star rating on Goodreads.
Do or Die by Suzanne Brockmann is $1.99! This is a romantic suspense between a Navy SEAL and an attorney. I should also note that the description mentions that there are children in peril, which I know is a huge off for some readers. Many readers complain of a rough first start to the book. However, fans of Brockmann loved this spin-off to her Troubleshooters series.
