Finding Joy by Adriana Herrera is 99c! What a cute illustrated cover! This was mentioned on a previous Hide Your Wallet and appears to be a stand alone and not part of any sort of series. Have you read this one?
Despite my confusion regarding some of the worldbuilding, the characters and their relationships are developed beautifully, and the entire story thrummed with the sort of vitality that you can only get from a post-apocalyptic road trip with suped-up BAMFs. I can’t rave enough about the emotional literacy this book is built on, which I find incredibly catnippy.
Here to Stay by Adriana Herrera is $1.99! This is the first book in the Dating in Dallas series, which I believe was mentioned in a previous Hide Your Wallet. It also has enemies to lovers! Have you read this one?

Need You Now by Nicole Helm is 99c! This is the first book in the Mile High Romance series. It’s a contemporary romance with opposites attract elements. If you like outdoorsy, Helm writes a lot of great ones. Readers seem divided on the hero. Some loved his grumpy nature, while others thought his grumpiness bordered on sad and rude.
I thought this book was amazing. I loved the prose, the characters, the mystery, and the setting. From a craft perspective I found this book masterful, and it took me on an intense emotional journey. I think this is a literal must-read for historical mystery fans provided they do not mind some violence.

Readers who enjoy seeing characters embark on literal and figurative road trips will like this book. As long as they are patient with a few detours, the journey and the destination are worth it.
The Boyfriend Project by Farrah Rochon is $3.99! Maya reviewed this one and wasn’t quite sold on the hero. However, if you’ve been waiting for this to have a reduction in price, now’s the time to grab it! I’m excited to see what’s next for Rochon and her contemporary romances.
