The Winner of the Songs of Love and Death Giveaway!

Book Cover Wow. Nearly 350 comments in 24 hours. Someone wants some Gaiman Gabaldon Liu Butcher Beverly Putney Carey magic, and they wants it NOW.

First, a note to clarify: I was being facetious in my entry about this contest. Of course I’ve heard of Neil Gaiman, Diana Gabaldon and Marjorie M. Liu. They’re only some seriously successful and frequently awesomepants writers. I was totally kidding, so please do not fear for my brain’s ability to familiarize itself with fiction.

Now! I’ve combined the email entries with the blog comment entries and run the whole thing through a random selectinator. The winner, as drawn by the random integer selectinator is: number #143.

Maria M., that’s you! I’m going to email you right now, but if you read the page before you check your email, please email me at sarahATsmartbitchestrashybooksDOTcom with your mailing address, and a hardcover shall be on its way to you tomorrow or Saturday at the latest.

Thank you for participating in the giveaway. Seeing as it’s coming up on the holidays – I only have, like, 20 more days before Hanukkah or some crazy thing like that – I’ll have more gift guides and giveaways coming very soon. But, if you happen to know someone who commented here, a copy of this book might make a verrrrry spiffy holiday present.

Congrats Maria, and thank you folks!

    Congratulations!

Every time I see it I love that cover a little more. Quite gorgeous. It matches the title well too.
