First, a note to clarify: I was being facetious in my entry about this contest. Of course I’ve heard of Neil Gaiman, Diana Gabaldon and Marjorie M. Liu. They’re only some seriously successful and frequently awesomepants writers. I was totally kidding, so please do not fear for my brain’s ability to familiarize itself with fiction.
