It’s Black Friday, and there are deals all over the place – so many that if we kept updating this entry we’d lose our ability to Eat All the Leftovers (mmm stuffing). So as we have in years past, we’re going to highlight a few deals here, and update when we find something excellent.
That said, please drop a comment with a link to anything you find that’s terrific. And, if you’re shopping online, and you can take a moment to click through our affiliate links below, it makes a massive difference in our ability to keep bringing you the Hot Pink mayhem here at SBTB. So thank you in advance.
Happy shopping! I hope this year you both give and receive things that bring you joy.

If you’ve been holding out for a Kindle, Amazon has Black Friday deals on Kindles starting at $49.99.
I know many of you mentioned that you were looking to upgrade to the new Paperwhite – the Paperwhite $30 Off at $89.99.
If you’re in the market for a tablet for yourself or as a gift, the Fire HD 10 is currently $99.99
(normally $149).
Another lovely gift option, especially if you know a recent graduate or someone setting up their own space for the first time: a gift subscription to Amazon Prime.

I’ve recommended MissingLettr before and we’ve mentioned this deal this week, but it’s such a great one I want to do a reminder.
For Black Friday week, they have an excellent price promotion going for a limited time.
MissingLettr automates social media promotion for blogs, and since I’ve been using it for SBTB, I’ve noticed a substantial increase in traffic from the social media platforms I reach through MissingLettr.
MissingLettr connects to your site and crafts an automatic campaign using images and text from your site. As they describe it, “The platform takes your blog posts and turns it into a year’s worth of social media posts that are automatically distributed to your accounts. You don’t have to think about copy or design, and you’ll get pre-rolled campaigns for your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+.”
How could you use this? If you run a blog with content that you share across social media platforms, MissingLettr would help you generate campaigns for each new piece of content, and schedule them over the course of a year to all your connected outlets. It drives traffic, resurfaces older content, and builds image and text posts for you automatically. You can edit and change them before they go out, then you’re all set.
MissingLettr saves me a metric crap ton of time and energy, and it allows content to resurface for up to a year into the future. So, to recap, 50% off any plan for life, this week only.
NB: This is an affiliate link, so if you sign up using my link, you’re helping to keep the site hot pink and fabulous, so thank you in advance!

What Black Friday sales have you noticed that are worth sharing?

Zoya is having a 50% off plus free shipping no minimum sale on their whole site. Their nail pplish is great and the color selection is crazy. I picked up six different shades of red.
For the prepsters on your shopping list, LandsEnd is offering 50% off site-wide and free shipping over $50. FRIDAY/2625
Just finished a good chunk of my shopping in my jammies. Thinking I’m heading to Zazzle next!
Devil In Spring by Lisa Kleypas is only $1.99 today as a Kindle daily deal. Also Georgette Heyer’s These Old Shades is $1.99 @ Amazon for Kindle.
They’re not on sale, but a 5-pack of tiny, smiling, begging penises is priceless, really.

Somebody’s stocking is getting stuffed goooood this year. *rawr*
I hear that Missing letter is just great to use if you are a blogger, so gotta try out that great deal. Thanks for sharing these.
Not sure if this is just a Black Friday deal, but these Hamlet-book-pages leggings are on sale today!

Audible has many titles discounted to $4.95 through 11/28. Also, Amazon has $5 off a $20 print book(s) purchase thru 11/26. Use code GIFTBOOK17 at checkout. It doesn’t include ebooks or audiobooks but I do think coloring books are included.
And it’s also Barnes and Nobles semi-annual 50% off Criterion Sale.
“Witches, Princesses, and Women at Arms: Erotic Lesbian Fairy Tales” by Sacchi Green is $1.99 on Amazon!
The 6qt Instant Pot is $81.99 on Amazon today.
Oh, and Out of Print Clothing is having a BOGO sale on tee shirts
The Body Shop USA has 40% off almost everything through Saturday. I swear they put an addictive chemical in their body butter.
The Audible $4.95 sale was hard for me to find, maybe because I’m no longer a subscriber and the only top banner I see is COME BACK TO US, so I had to dig for it. Here it is, the Treat Yourself Sale:

Some good romances on there, including Alexis Hall’s “Glitterland.” I picked up “Red Sister” by Mark Lawrence, about a assassin nun.
Dear Aaron, by Mariana Zapata, is $1.60 today on Amazon.
Harlequin is having a sale, too — 40% off with code BLACKFRIDAY17.
Mariana Zapata’s Wall of Winnipeg and Me is also $1.20
Dreamspinner Press is having a 35% off everything sale this weekend.
Historical romance book going for FREE (worth buying even if it’s not)!! I have read and very much enjoyed this one – The Viscount’s Mistress by Claire DuLac! If you’re looking for a well-written refreshing take on on an old trope, with very strong lead characters, this is highly recommended 🙂

The Republic of Tea is having buy 3 teas, get 1 of equal/lesser value free until 11:59 p.m. CST November 27. No code required, applied at checkout.

My favorites are Peppermint Bark (rooibos, peppermint, vanilla, and cocoa, in which the peppermint tastes more like the candy than the astringent herbal variety) and Full-Leaf Milk Oolong, which tastes like pineapple (I usually hate fruity tea, but I ordered 2 tins of that stuff after tasting a sample).
Highland Dragon Warrior by Isabel Cooper, which was recently reviewed here by Sarah, is on sale for $1.99.
