Today, we’re celebrating Carrie’s love of science fiction, kickass heroines, fantasy, history, subversiveness, and comics!

Some of the items in this giveaway are so awesome, I was seriously tempted to switch them out with something else, but NO.

These are for y’all and… yeah, have a look:

The LoungeFly Black Widow Mini Dome Satchel, which I mentioned in a recent gift guide and recommended by Jennifer Estep.

    Joanna Bourne’s Spymaster series. Absolutely.

  5. Morning Glory by LaVyrle Spencer.

  6. Cristie says:

My Brother Michael by Mary Stewart. I have multiple copies & a compulsion to buy any copies I come across.

  7. Andreea says:

My answer has to be Flowers from the Storm! My favorite romance, I love it so, so much.

  8. Laura-Ann says:

Lady Sophia’s Lover by Lisa Kleypas. And the rest of the Bow Street series. And the Wallflower series. And the Hathaway series. And I really can’t leave out Dreaming of You or Where Dreams Begin… 🙂

  9. TaraR says:

“Imagine” by Jill Barnett. It was the book that first got me into historical romance.

  10. Jennifer says:

The first contemporary romance which got me hooked on the genre- Anyone but You by Jennifer Crusie

  11. Elvish says:

Does Fangirl count as a romance? Cause that’s a keeper for sure.

And I keep all four of my copies of Pride and Prejudice with me wherever I go….

  12. Carrie-Anne says:

Reaper’s Legacy by Joanna Wylde. I have super high standards for my biker romances, and this one is my favorite out of all the romances I’ve read.

  13. GHN says:

_Shards of Honor_ by Lois McMaster Bujold! Yes, I know it’s classed as SF, but this particular book is wayyyy more Romance than SF – and despite being her first published book, it still has that indefinable Bujold magic.
    Also, Cordelia kicks serious ass!

  14. Francesca says:

A Countess Below Stairs by Eva Ibbotson. It was rereleased as The Secret Countess and is classified as YA today, but I love that book beyond all reason. Also, anything by Kathleen Gilles Seidel.

  15. Malena says:

    Mine is Outlander, of course!

  16. Pam Miara says:

Every single book Nora Roberts/JD Robb has ever written.

  17. Amy says:

Everything by Sarah Maclean, but especially Never Judge a Lady by Her Cover

  18. fairywine says:

Scandal Wears Satin by Loretta Chase. It’s the novel I always go for when I want a good comfort read with leads I utterly adore. I feel like I’ve reread it so many times I could recite it word for word by this point, haha.

  19. Algae says:

Romancing Mr Bridgerton by Julia Quinn

  20. Violet Bick says:

“Alpha & Omega” by Patricia Briggs, the novella where it all began for Anna and Charles. The spine is cracked and the pages are falling out of my paperback copy of “On the Prowl,” so it probably time to buy the electronic version of their story.

  21. Lostshadows says:

Defy Not the Heart, by Johanna Lindsey. I can’t not keep my first. 🙂

  22. Erin says:

Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. The romance!!! Can I get Jamie Frasier under my tree?

  23. SandyH says:

The Madness of Ian Mackenzie by Jennifer Ashley. Beauty by Robin McKinley.

  24. Lilisonna says:

War for the Oaks by Emma Bull. Not technically a romance, but it stays on my shelf because of the developing relationship between the two main characters, so it counts for me.

  25. MollyO says:

A Bollywood affair! Love that book

  26. Valeria says:

Smooth Talking Stranger by Lisa Kleypas! I just love that book <3

  27. Heather says:

Outlander- Gabaldon & True Pretenses- Lerner

  28. Susan says:

Sherry Thomas’s Not Quite a Husband is one of my keepers.

  29. Diane Mc. says:

Kadin by Bertrice Small, it was the first book I bought for myself instead of reading my aunt’s or mom’s books.

  30. Claudia says:

For me, it’S The Thorn Birds! An old Brazilian friend of my mom’s gave us the DVD of the miniseries when I was 16 or so. Australia! Tragedy! Super forbidden romance! Horrible, self-involved men who are called out on it. Angry, quiet and strong women! Religious drama! I devoured the book and loved it. I lost my library copy while on spring break in San Francisco & had to pay a huge replacement fine, but I ended up buying a copy for myself anyway.

  31. peggy h says:

Sherry Thomas’ Not Quite a Husband and Jennifer Crusie’s Anyone But You.

  32. Liz says:

A Devil in Winter by Lisa Kleypas and of course, Pride and Prejudice.

  33. Casplet says:

On my keeper shelf is Mine Until Midnight by Lisa Kleypas.

  34. Sugar Daddy by Lisa Kleypas. Great giveaway. Happy Holidays to all!

  35. Laine says:

Welcome to Temptation by Jennifer Crusie. Both as an audiobook and a digital copy. Need to find a new copy in print to loan out.

  36. Karen H says:

Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase. (and Naked in Death – JD Robb)

  37. Crystal says:

In recent (ish) purchases, Forbidden by Beverly Jenkins. In less recent purchases, Romancing the Duke by Tessa Dare.

  38. Rebecca says:

Patricia Brent, Spinster by Herbert Jenkins (public domain, so easy to replace)

  39. Francene says:

Faking it by Jennifer Crusie. I’ve passed copies on and then found I absolutely needed to read the book again.
    Happy holidays everyone.

  40. Cat G says:

The Wind Dancer! Super early Iris Johansen is where it all started for me and I haven’t looked back since. Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah y’all!
