Hoo boy, was this book a mixed bag. Dragon Unleashed by Grace Draven is $1.99! This is the second in the Fallen Empire series and I gave it a B-. You can read my review here. My general thoughts are Draven’s world building is lovely, but wow there is a lot of sexual violence or threats thereof. The main villain is also a hyper-sexual woman, which gives me pause.
