The Duke Who Didn’t was always going to be a book that made me happy. Humour, food, and a gentle hero who just wants the heroine to be less stressed are a pretty good formula for getting onto my keeper shelf.

Husband Material by Alexis Hall is $1.99! This is the follow-up to Boyfriend Material. I definitely think you need to be a fan of the first book to really enjoy this one. Personally, I didn’t think it needed a sequel and was meh on it.
Second Chances in New Port Stephen is a delightful second-chance romance between two men in their forties who reconnect over the Christmas holidays. It’s not overly cutesy, and although a lot of the plot involves my least favorite trope (Poor Communication) and one of the characters is a little too self-centered for my tastes, I really enjoyed this book.
