Happy Wednesday!
It snowed yesterday in Massachusetts. It’s April! Come on! Will winter never free us from its chilly prison?!
Spring is suddenly getting busy over here. Anyone else already feeling overcommitted?
I’ve been loving little PJ sets lately. Does anyone have recommendations of places that are affordable and have fun prints/colors?

Sarah: I was a guest on I Couldn’t Throw It Out with Michael Small exploring his history as the author of Fabio’s People cover story, and ghostwrote Fabio’s memoir. The premise of the show is that Michael has a LOT of memorabilia from his career as a journalist, and each episode is a subject he’s covered.
Part of the episode is Michael playing clips of his five hours of interviews on cassette with Fabio for the People cover story.
It is WILD.

Don’t forget to share what cool or interesting things you’ve seen, read, or listened to this week! And if you have anything you think we’d like to post on a future Wednesday Links, send it my way!

I just downloaded the episode because it sounds incredible! Can’t wait to listen!
This really should have been posted last week, but I just came across it last night. I think I first came across JillianEve in a SBTB link. I don’t fibercraft, but I really like her videos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sK_5-iNR8qU
I’ll be interested in checking out Shelf Love Society’s website once they have it up and going. Sadly, a bit too far away to patronize in person, but I’m sure I’d have to take a suitcase just for books if I was going in person!
I am old enough that nothing seems like a reasonable price to me anymore, and I don’t wear pajamas, so idk how helpful my advice will be. But there is a site I am mildly obsessed with called linenbee that might work for you. Everything is made to order (and not by slaves in a factory even!). So you get great sizing options and they have a lot of great colors. Plus I have found them quite accommodating about alterations like taking a ruffle off, or making something short sleeved sleeveless, so even if you don’t like their designs exactly, you might still be able to get what you want. Definitely they will hem to whatever length you want. Everything is linen, which is fantastically breathable – and that might not matter much to you now, but linen just gets better with age, so if summer ever fucking shows up, or if hot flashes do plague you eventually, it’ll be ready. It’s probably only when you consider cost per wear that linen looks affordable. Or cost to the environment – linen is particularly sustainable.
Quince is cheaper, and because the clothes are already made you get them faster, Linenbee has maybe five or six times the color options, and size inclusivity.
Highly recommend pjs from Primary. They mostly do kids clothes, but also do a number of adult basics. Their pjs pants are my fav because they are slightly cuffed at the ankle so they don’t ride up at night, and they have pockets. they are also frequently on sale and you can score them for about ~$20. I also like their sleep sweaters which i wear to sleep in the winter
@Sandra ~ that was definitely entertaining! I’m impressed at JillianEve’s ability to keep a straight face.
I very much like the Asian inspired pajamas from Garnet Hill. They are all organic cotton and I like the fit. I also think the cut of the tops is more flattering than the standard button front PJ’s, plus not having buttons is more comfortable for when I find myself somehow sleeping on my stomach – not to mention, no lost buttons to be sewn back on.
