I am looking for a Motorcycle Club Romance. It’s not the first book in the series but I’m not sure where it falls after that.
The heroine is pregnant and is being stalked and needs protection. She is friends with the club president’s wife/girlfriend and I believe they have kids. She ends up staying on their compound for a while and one of the members moves in to keep an eye on her. They are both into each other, but don’t immediately realize it.
There’s a scene where she either has a clogged milk duct or the baby won’t feed and she’s in pain and he sucks it to remedy.
At some point someone breaks into the compound and they have to install more cameras.
I know he grows a bond with her baby (I think a boy). And in the epilogue they have a baby together.
Just like sexy scenes featuring actual pearl necklaces, I feel like clogged milk ducts are also an eternal HaBO fave.
Have no idea what book this is, but having nursed a number of children, I can say the last thing I’d be looking for is a man to “help” clear a clogged milk duct. Those things are painful! In an oblique way, this plot point reminds me of a historical romance I read at least 30 years ago where the heroine had an infected boil on her butt and the hero had to lance it for her! Some things are just not sexy—even when body parts like breasts and bottoms are involved!
When I read the title I was hoping it was like an air conditioning duct and this was somehow DIY shenanigans, but nope, it was just as unsexy as I feared.

Try the REAPERS MC club series by Joanna Wylde. They were pretty readable and while I do NOT remember a clogged milk duct scene that doesn’t mean there wasn’t one. Examine the blurbs and see if any ring a bell.
After a quick check, look at REAPERS FALL (Book 5). The epilogue looks right for it.
This is bonkers and I’m here for it. I’ve never read a motorcycle club romance but I think maybe this is the one! LOL mostly because just like @Melodie I pictured hot HVAC guy!

I agree with DiscoDollyDeb that the idea of helping with a clogged milk duct is NOT sexy times since it hurts when you nurse. I’ve read other books where men have nursed but it usually is more maternal/loving than sexy. Where do some of these ideas come from? There are already people equating feeding your baby discretely with a sexual display…so wrong. We don’t need more stuff like this in a romance novel.
