Welcome back, everyone! We’re chugging along through June. How are we all doing?
It was my partner’s 30th birthday over the weekend and we attended a yummy tasting menu. One of the highlights was a duo of flaky biscuits with smoked maple and miso butter. The executive even gave us some to take home at the end of the night.
It’s also a busy week! I’m doing some volunteer work, trivia with friends, and then my monthly cheese class (it’s a cheese and cocktail pairing class this time!).

The Demo for Lakeburg Legacies just sucked me into it so far that i stayed up way too late, so right now that’s my personal frontrunner from what i saw. A few others are at demo stage, I’ll be trying some more of them tomorrow!

The color way called “Elle” is the most stunning deep pink, it’s absolutely perfect. I’m absolutely 100% in love and I cannot buy more yarn. I can’t. But I want to so so bad. More yarn it is, I guess!
