Hi all! It’s Wednesday!
I am very tired. My partner and I made a lot of expensive, adult purchases over the weekend for the new place. I am, however, very excited to actually have a decor theme for rooms instead of a hodge podge of furniture I’ve had for over a decade.
My old cat, Linus, did some crawl space exploring. You can see him here, looking absolutely filthy.
All in all, things went smoothly! Now we’re just in the purgatory of unpacking. How are you all?

Hope the writers do better with Matlock this time. We watched the first episode of the original shortly after moving to Atlanta; it was about riverboat gambling on the Chattahoochee, and we were like “Dude, riverboat gambling on the Chattahoochee is a scratch-off ticket on a raft. The Hooch may be wide but it ain’t that deep.” Hopefully now that so many shows and movies are filmed here they’ll have a better grasp of the local geography.
