Hey all!
It’s time for a giveaway, don’t you think?
Right now, we have five (5) boxes of relatively new releases to give out!
The books included are new, finished copies, unread, and printed on paper. We can also promise there will be at least five books, possibly more, in each box.
Each box will have a mix of subgenres, including contemporary romance, historical fiction, paranormal romance, and historical romance. While we hope the box you receive contains a subgenre or author you enjoy, we also have our fingers crossed that you’ll love trying something new. And as always, our mission statement is to share the love and share the romance.
To enter, tell us which 2022 title you’re most anticipating (or have anticipated, if it’s already out!).
Standard disclaimers apply: We are not being compensated for this giveaway. Void where prohibited. Must be over 18 and ready to read read read. Open to international residents where permitted by applicable law. Boxes will contain books. Just the normal sort. No magical tomes here, sadly! Entries will end around noon on Thursday 7 April 2022, and winners will be announced and notified shortly afterward.
Good luck, everyone!

Book Lover by Emily Henry and This time tomorrow by Emma Straub.
I’m currently going with Erin Nicholas’s Kiss My Giraffe, which should be out May 17, and is the last in her Boys of the Bayou Gone Wild series. AND super excited for her Gotta Be Bayou, the first in her Badges of the Bayou series, which is due out September 13!
The Grief of Stones by Katherine Addison
I don’t have a lot of books on my radar this year. My radar isn’t too strong though. I was dying for Martha Wells’ next book, but since it was pushed to 2023, I’ve tried to block it from my mind.
I have been looking forward to The Doctor by CS Poe for a while. The last book in the series was a cliff-hanger, and she’s written other books in the meantime. Her books are a bit hit and miss for me, so my fingers are crossed for this one. It comes out April 28th, last I looked at least.
Fevered Star by Rebecca Roanhorse
Lover Arisen. I am in love with J R Ward books. Also anything by Rebecca Zanetti. I am looking forward to the next Laurel Snow book.
Booked on a Feeling by Jayci Lee is my most anticipated right now, but there are so many I am looking forward to.
I can’t wait to read Forging Silver Into Stars by Brigid Kemmerer!
Munro by Kresley Cole (already out and worth the wait!). Also, the new Sarah MacLean
“By the Book” by Jasmine Guillory. Also Emily Henry’s “book lovers”
Ruby Fever is at the top of the list, but I’m also eagerly waiting for A Rake of His Own, the spinoff to AJ Lancaster’s wonderful Stariel series. According to the author’s newsletters, she’s hoping to get it out this year, but no release date yet.
I’m looking forward to Tahereh Mafia’s new book This Woven Kingdom. I love the Shatter Me series!
I’m waiting for A Dance of Smoke and Steel by Milla Vane
if i do not get my hands on tasha suri’s the oleander sword right. now. AHHH
Ruby Fever by Ilona Andrews. Also looking forward to Jessie Sutanto’s Four Aunties and a Wedding!
I’m really excited about Beth O’Leary’s THE NO-SHOW. I’m a tiny bit skeptical about the plot, but I trust the author completely.
The other one I’m super excited for is Adib Khorram’s KISS & TELL, a YA novel about a boy band. It came out in March but I haven’t read it yet. It sounds delightful!
So many of my favorite authors have books out this year (all the preorders, for the win!), but I’m really looking forward to Ilona Andrews’ RUBY FEVER. Also, Andrews will publish their current serial Innkeeper’s story this year, so there is that to look forward to!
I was really excited for Simone St. James’ Book of Cold Cases and I’m also really looking forward to the Book of Night by Holly Black. Also I’ve been adding things to my TBR from these comments!
Seasparrow by Kristin Cashore
Oh, the list is long! “Storm Echo” by Nalini Singh, Jasmine Guillory’s June release “By the Book’, Seanan McGuire’s “Seasonal Fears”, Jane Igharo’s “Where We End and Begin”, and all the way out in November, Freya Marske’s “A Restless Truth” featuring Magical Ladies In Love.
It’s a toss up between the new Psy/changeling (Storm Echo), the next October Daye, and the last of the Tessa Dare Girl Meets Duke series (fingers crossed the latter is 2022!).
The Golden Enclaves by Naomi Novik (book three in the scholomance series!)
I am definitely looking forward to Ilona Andrews’ Ruby Fever.
Soul Taken by Patrica Briggs was supposed to release this spring, but it’s been moved to August. 🙁 It’s going to be torture to wait that long.
I had been looking forward to Hunt the Stars by Jessie Mihalik–just read it and it’s great!
Alexis Hall’s Husband Material
Cat Sebastian finally gave me a sequel to my beloved Hither, Page, and it was everything I could have hoped for. And The Perfect Crimes of Marian Hayes is coming soon! Can’t wait.
Book Lovers by Emily Henry! Something about her voice just really works for me!
A Caribbean Heiress in Paris!
From things I know are coming out this year, I’m most eager for The Long Game by Rachel Reid due out later this month (though I’m also waiting for Husband Materials by Alexis Hall, but that’s 4 months away).
Mad About You by Mhairi McFarlane
PARTNERS IN CRIME by Alisha Rai, SO THIS IS EVER AFTER by FT Lukens, and there’s a rumor that there’s a new Julia Quinn in the works…
I’m looking forward to Ilona Andrews Ruby Fever as well as Nalini Singh’s Storm – Echo.
Natsuki Kizu’s LINKS and volume 7 of GIVEN (wonder if a dubbed/subbed OVA will come in the US version?); Mayu Sakurai’s THE ANGEL, THE DEVIL, AND ME (risky premise, but I read Chapter 1 and need more!); and Shuzo Oshemi’s AVANT-GARDE YUMEKO (former art history major is giggling already).
Those Three Little Words by Meghan Quinn..can’t wait for this. She’s always an automatic buy for me. Thanks
First up definitely Rachel Reid’s THE LONG GAME, and also Cat Sebastian’s next one, THE PERFECT CRIMES OF MARIAN HAYES and Alexis Hall’s HUSBAND MATERIAL. Gahhh, tooo many goodies to come :-P.
Not sure when to expect the next new books by KJ Charles and Joanna Chambers, but they’re also high on my list!
Storm Echo byt Nalini Singh. Can’t wait 🙂
Honey & Pepper by AJ Demas!
Hrm. MOST is hard to say. Really REALLY excited about Herrera’s Caribbean Heiress in Paris, Ridley’s Nobody’s Princess, San Andres’ Compromised Into a Scandalous Marriage, and Sebastian’s Perfect Crimes of Marian Hayes. Like, the San Andres might win just because I honestly thought she had stopped writing and SQUEALED when I found out I was wrong, but otherwise…four way tie?
The new Patricia Briggs book Soul Taken is what I am most looking forward to this year.
really excited for Husband Material by Alexis Hall
