I think I read it a year or so ago & it was fairly new.
This is probably a long shot but I read this book, I’m not sure what it’s called or who wrote it but I vaguely remember what happened.
So I think it’s like a second chance romance – this girl is an interior designer/decorator and her ex comes into the firm & will only work with her. They start working together and he finds out she had a kid (it is his ). I’m not sure if it’s a boy or girl, but I know it’s a toddler. She brings the baby into work the one day for some reason and the baby likes phones.
The hero has a brother that works at this company in IT, I think. The brother is friends with the heroine and his name is Jax or Jace something like that. I also remember they decided to go with white for something she was decorating I feel like it was the reception area?
I know that’s not really much to go on sorry about that but if any of you know or have some idea of what it could be I’d really appreciate it.

I’ve read something like this…
She is living in Hawaii with her 3-4-5 y/o son. She is hiding there because she is the runaway princess of a mafioso clan. She is finishing the design/decor of a new hotel.
He is the owner of a very success sports goods company that is opening a flagship store in the new hotel.
They were friends in school. They had one night of passion (in an airport hotel?) — that’s the night before her wedding to the head of another mafioso clan (it was an arranged by her father marriage). She got pregnant. Her husband knew the kid was not his and was cruel with her. Her husband got killed (by a hitman in Las Vegas?). She packed a bag, grabbed her son and with a little help from a friend ran to hide in Hawaii. Fake name, fake documents.
The hero sees her son and immediately understands that he is his father. He blackmails her to marry him. They move to New York and live in a penthouse with a swimming pool. They meet her father who is having legal problems and a mistress. They meet his two brothers who are successfully and blissfully married (I think this book was the last one in a trilogy).
And no, I can’t remember the name of the book 🙁
