A Touch of Stone and Snow by Milla Vane
Take A Hint Dani Brown by Talia Hibbert. SO GOOD.

The books I have recommended to other readers the most this year are:
1) Lois McMaster Bujold’s Miles Vorkosigan series
2) The Queen’s Thief series by Megan Whalen Turner
3) anything by Patricia Briggs but most recommendations for Alpha and Omega series and then Mercy Thompson series
4) Lucy Parker’s books

6) Lupi series by Eileen Wilks
Wow — I have recommended a lot of series this year!!
The House in the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune and Boyfriend Material by Alexis Hall
Gideon the Ninth. I actually bought it for my brother.
I think it was the Ice Planet Barbarian Series to friends who needed escapist books this year!
I recommend Evie Drake because my mother, who does not like romance novels, really liked that book.
Shrill by Lindy West
Burnout by the Nagoski sisters – essential pandemic reading.
Probably Burnout by Emily and Amelia Nagoski
Normandy ’44: D-Day and the Battle for France by James Holland
Deal with the devil by Kit Rocha! One of my very favorites from this year
Strange Love by Ann Aguirre, I think. Having previously not been a big fan of talking animals in books, I giggled out loud multiple times at the commentary of Snaps the dog.
Happy Hanukkah!
The book I most recommended is Linesman by SK Dunstall; it’s a comfort read for me.
Burnout by Emily and Amelia Nagoski. So many women I know have needed this book this year.
