Many readers loved how Alyssa writes consent, agency, and all sorts of other awesome and empowering things. However, some warn that this book takes several chapters to get into the swing of things.

Some readers felt the book lacked any real conflict, while many loved the heroine’s confidence. It has a 3.7-star rating on Goodreads and is the third book in the Dukes Behaving Badly series.

The Helm was quite enjoyable, and I enjoyed the whole series.
I loved All I Am. Pretty low angst and conflict, but still engaging. The hero and heroine are precious cinnamon rolls.
